Directions

Driving from Raleigh:
Take US-1 south toward Sanford approximately 32 miles. Take exit 70 (15/501), take left off of the exit onto Hawkins Ave. (Business 1), travel approximately 1.5 miles, make left hand turn into Pine Ridge Office Park. Performance Rehabilitation is the second building on your right.

Driving from Southern Pines:
Take US-1 north toward Sanford approximately 28 miles. Take the Burns Dr. exit, take a right at the stop light onto Burns Dr. Road dead ends at Hawkins Ave., take a left onto Hawkins, travel approximately 1 mile, take the first right after Pentair into Pine Ridge Office Park. Performance Rehabilitation is the second building on your right.

Driving from Siler City:
Take 421 south for approximately 20 miles. Take a right onto US-1 north, stay in right hand lane and take first exit for Burns Rd. Take right at stop light onto Burns Dr. Road dead ends at Hawkins Ave., take a left onto Hawkins Ave., travel approximately 1 mile, take the first right after Pentair into Pine Ridge Office Park. Performance Rehabilitation is the second building on your right.

Driving from Fayetteville:
Take 24 west for approximately 19 miles, stay straight to go onto 87 north for approximately 14 miles. Turn slight left onto 421 north/Horner Blvd., for approximately 5 miles, turn right onto W. Weatherspoon st., turn left onto Hawkins Ave. 1.5 miles. Take the first right after Pentair into Pine Ridge Office Park. Performance Rehabilitation is the second building on your right.
